Some caching in town for a change

Usually I leave my GPSr off when I go into town to run my errands, but today I saw a few on my GPSr that were close to where I was, so I stopped to find three that had been placed by the same cacher.

I saw this beautiful sunset from one of the cache locations.

It was a really fun day . . . I need to do that more often.

Something to Think About

People are often unreasonable and self-centered. Forgive them anyway.

If you are kind, people may accuse you of ulterior motives. Be kind anyway.

If you are honest, people may cheat you. Be honest anyway.

If you find happiness, people may be jealous. Be happy anyway.

The good you do today may be forgotten tomorrow. Do good anyway.

Give the world the best you have, and it may never be enough. Give your best anyway.

For you see, in the end, it is between you and God. It never was between you and them anyway.

One "poet's" definition of Geocaching

It's a sport, a game, an adventure;
it's a casual pursuit, a consuming passion or something in between;
it's high-energy, it's sublime relaxation;
it's physical, it's cerebral;
it's cold, wet and heavy clothing;
it's sunshine, short sleeves and sweat.
It's all of these things and more.
But mostly it's just plain fun.
