Just had to share DocDiTTo's Forum signature

Geocachers: The craziest subset of the nicest bunch of people you'd ever want to meet.

Numbers are pointless, but memories are priceless. If you've got more finds than fond memories, you're playing this game backwards.

I really like the last one. I've stopped hunting for the urban caches. I really prefer the long hikes, and especially the caching adventures with other cachers.

Something to Think About

People are often unreasonable and self-centered. Forgive them anyway.

If you are kind, people may accuse you of ulterior motives. Be kind anyway.

If you are honest, people may cheat you. Be honest anyway.

If you find happiness, people may be jealous. Be happy anyway.

The good you do today may be forgotten tomorrow. Do good anyway.

Give the world the best you have, and it may never be enough. Give your best anyway.

For you see, in the end, it is between you and God. It never was between you and them anyway.

One "poet's" definition of Geocaching

It's a sport, a game, an adventure;
it's a casual pursuit, a consuming passion or something in between;
it's high-energy, it's sublime relaxation;
it's physical, it's cerebral;
it's cold, wet and heavy clothing;
it's sunshine, short sleeves and sweat.
It's all of these things and more.
But mostly it's just plain fun.
